Calls for Tender

CEPOL's calls for tenders which are subject to the Public Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC for supply of goods, services and works are advertised here on CEPOL's website, once mandatory publication has taken place in the Official Journal of the European Union (http://ted.europa.eu).

Closed calls for tender for the current year will be available for consultation in a tender archive.

This information only covers specific contracts based on Framework Contracts awarded in 2009 with an aggregate value exceeding the thresholds set in Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

In accordance with its general Implementing Rules, CEPOL shall provide information on tenders with a value exceeding €25,000 and below €60,000. Please note that all tenders with a value exceeding €60,000 shall be published in the Official Journal. CEPOL publishes tenders to procure goods, services and works to enable it to meet its work objectives and assure the administrative functioning of its office premises.

For tenders in the range of €25,000 to €60,000 CEPOL is obliged to follow a negotiated procedure and consult at least five candidates.

Since tenders in this contract range may be organised at short notice, it is not possible to publish a plan of all such tenders foreseen in the coming year.
