  2. Discuss the actual challenges which European institutions face in relation to European police co-operation.
  3. Share knowledge and formulate recommendations to address important strategic questions related to Europe and police co-operation (at both national and international level).
  4. Discuss the different European policing structures, cultures and values.
  5. Meet and exchange intensively with other representatives from the Member States.
